Return and exchange policy

Circumstances where returns and exchanges are supported:

  • The product has quality issues (such as damage, functional failure, or inconsistency with the description);
  • Incorrectly shipped or missing products (proof of order and photos of the product are required).

Circumstances where returns and exchanges are not supported:

  • Due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, and the product has no quality issues);
  • Customized products (such as engraved items, personalized designs);
  • Products with damaged packaging/labels that affect secondary sales.
  1. Responsibilities and fees
  • Fees borne by the seller: For returns and exchanges caused by the seller (quality issues, incorrect shipment), the seller usually covers the return shipping fee (you may be required to advance the payment first, which will be reimbursed after confirmation) and also bears the cost of reshipping.
  • Fees borne by the buyer: For returns and exchanges due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees, and a certain restocking fee (usually 10%-20% of the product price) may be charged.
  1. Handling methods
  • Refund: Refunded to the original payment account (handling fees or incurred tariffs/shipping fees may be deducted). The arrival time depends on the payment method (ranging from 3-15 days).
  • Exchange: Resend the same product (to be shipped after the returned product is confirmed to be in order).
  • Partial refund: For products with minor defects, a partial refund can be chosen without returning the product after negotiation between both parties.
